WATCH: Harmanpreet Kaur Celebrates WILDLY After Shafali Verma’s Dismissal

Harmanpreet Kaur didn’t hold back and celebrated wildly alongside Shabnim Ismail after Delhi Capitals’ opener Shafali Verma got out in the WPL 2025 final on March 15 (Sunday). After losing Meg Lanning in the second over, all the pressure was on Shafali to showcase her talent.

However, just when Shafali was about to switch gears, she was undone by the brute pace of Ismail. After the dismissal, MI skipper Harmanpreet charged in front of Ismail and celebrated with utmost aggression as Shafali turned around and walked towards the dressing room. 

On the dismissal, Ismail had bowled a cutter, which had slammed the Indian opener right in front after the latter had shuffled to expose all the stumps. It left DC’s run chase in all kinds of shambles on 17/2, chasing 150 for their first bit of silverware.
