That is it from this game then! Babar Azam has been awarded the trophy, he now goes and celebrates with his team. That is it from the series too. The T20I series ended all level and it is Pakistan who win the ODI series and quite easily. Until next time, take care and goodbye!

Tom Latham says he is very pleased with how they played in this game and it was a complete team effort. States it is about improving for them from time to time and to gain experience.

Babar Azam says they lost too many wickets at the start and at the end. Admits they needed partnerships and they did not get that. States he is surprised by the teams defending totals here but they need to be prepare for every situation and not blame the conditions. Adds there were many positives, they now have an idea where their ODI team stands and the points in which they were lacking, there has been improvement.

Fakhar Zaman, PLAYER OF THE SERIES, says he wanted to score big in Karachi too but that did not happen but he is pleased his side won. States he is pleased with how Iftikhar Ahmed and Agha Salman played and he hopes they can continue to do well in the games going ahead.

Henry Shipley, is the player of the MATCH!

... PRESENTATION TIME ...

First, they won the toss and elected to bat! After that, a combined batting effort saw them get to a score which was par at least. It was Will Young at the start and the the middle order chipped in to get their side to a good score and in reply, their bowlers were on song. Henry Shipley was excellent as he got the big wickets earlier on. Pakistan though did fight back courtesy Iftikhar Ahmed and Agha Salman. The two got their side back into the game. Iftikhar Ahmed was on a missing to take his team home single-handedly but kept losing wickets at the other end and in the end, his side have fallen short.

Have to feel bad for Iftikhar Ahmed! What a knock that was from him but it goes down in vain. He was doing it all alone and had he got support, the story could have well been different. New Zealand on the other hand, will be pleased as they have managed to avoid the whitewash and ended the series on a high. They were better than Pakistan in most parts of the game.
