That’s it from this game then! The finals will be played on the 14th of this month and it is a clash between Pakistan and New Zealand. The visitors beat the hosts in the first game of the series and the hosts will be wanting revenge. We hope that’s another cracker of a game. Until then, goodbye and take care!

Mohammad Rizwan says they put in full effort with the bat and it happened today for them. Tells they were trying to restrict South Africa to 250 but Heinrich Klaasen played well. Shares they were motivated to chase the score down. He and Agha tried to build partnerships. Feels they want to improve their fielding.

Temba Bavuma says they were happy with the total but weren't able to take wickets with the ball. Tells it was a good wicket to bat, there was a bit of dew in the night and was tough for the bowlers. Shares the bowlers have to grind hard on this kind of wicket and find wickets. Ends by saying he is happy to be in form with the bat.

Salman Agha wins the PLAYER OF THE MATCH AWARD. He says it was a good wicket to bat on and they just had to take the game deep. Tells he wants to contribute to every department. Mentions the wicket didn't change throughout the game.

...Presentation...

South Africa just weren't at their best with the ball yet again. Mulder was excellent with the new ball but after that, they found it difficult to contain the runs. There were far too many boundary balls and the ability to take wickets in the between wasn't there as their spinners didn't get a lot of purchase. Bavuma will be disappointed they couldn't defend a massive score but credit to Pakistan who batted brilliantly.

What a way to head into the finals by recording the highest chase for Pakistan! A sublime batting effort. Chasing a big total they needed a good stat and the openers provided it. They though lost three quickly which put them onto the back foot. Then though came the match winning partnership between Salman and Rizwan. They started off slowly but picked up pace as the innings progressed. They added over 200 with both scoring tons. Agha fell right towards the end but Rizwan played a captain's knock to help his side record a memorable win.
