That is all from this game! Bangladesh win for the first time against West Indies since 2018. A big win for Bangladesh and they have wrapped the series. There is still one game to go. Join us on the 20th of this month for the final game of the tour. The action will begin at 12 am GMT. Join us earlier for the build up. Till then, cheers!

Litton Das says he is happy and wants this kind of win. Tells they knew it was difficult to bat and credits the way Shamim Hossain batted. Mentions the bowlers are ready to give them breakthroughs and says it's all about team effort.

Rovman Powell says they made the right decision to bowl. It was a different pitch, it was low and slow! Shares it's disappointing as a batting unit and they need to asses as an individual. Credits the way Bangladesh played, they have been playing well against Windies. Mentions the last few series have put them into sense and has pushed back to the West Indies that struggled.

Shamim Hossain is the Player of the Match! He says it's been a long time since he was back with the international team. Shares his role is to finish the game and he is been working hard from past few months.

...Presentation...

However, fast forward to their hard hitting batting group who were sent back to the hut one after the other while the score board was ticking at a slow pace. They were 42/6 and in all sorts of trouble but Akeal Hosein and Roston Chase built a magnificent partnership to steady the ship. They were still behind in the game and once Chase fell, it all went down like a domino effect. Hosein played a really good innings but his effort alone was not enough. Credit to the Bangladeshi bowlers. They were just superb. Tanzim Hasan Sakib and Taskin Ahmed initially and Mahedi Hasan and Rishad Hossain in the middle phase.

Ohh West Indies! You cannot tell which West Indies will step out on the field. Even on some days, you might see two completely different sides as seen today. It was an outstanding bowling performance from West Indies and despite the late surge from Shamim Hossain, West Indies still had an under par score to chase it down and they were confident at the halfway mark.

A monumental series win for Bangladesh. By far, their biggest achievement of 2024. Wow! From losing the ODI series 3-0 to wrapping up the T20I series with an unassailable lead of 2-0. Could this be the big turning point in Bangladesh cricket? What about West Indies? Just a below par score to chase it down but they have been completely outplayed here by Bangladesh on their home turf.
