That's all we have from this tournament. Netherlands and Zimbabwe have got what they wanted and now will look to sharpen their skills before the upcoming T20 World Cup. You can now switch tabs to catch all the updates from the third ODI between England and India in Manchester. Until next time, it's goodbye and cheers!

Craig Ervine, the captain of Zimbabwe, says that the crowd was outstanding this whole week and that shows the kind of cricket they have played. He thanks everyone for coming and supporting them. Adds that Sikandar Raza and Sean Williams' contributions have been valuable to them.

Scott Edwards, the Dutch skipper, says that this match didn't go well but it was a great tournament for them. Shares that it was a tough track to bat on, especially against the spinners. Admits that Zimbabwe played the conditions better than them.

Sikandar Raza is chosen for the Player of the Match award and he also bags the Player of the Tournament award for scoring 228 runs and picking 5 wickets. He says that more than winning the awards, he was worried about winning the tournament and wanted to win five out of the five games. Credits all the bowlers for a superb show in this match.

Stay tuned for the presentation...

Earlier, Zimbabwe's approach with the bat was not in sync with the situation. They kept losing wickets but still concentrated on scoring runs at a brisk rate. As a result, Zimbabwe ended up getting all out with three balls left unused. That didn't cost them though as their bowlers turned on the heat to defend the total with utmost ease in the end. Right then, Zimbabwe will now join Ireland, Scotland and West Indies in Group B for the First Round of the mega event while Netherlands will have Namibia, Sri Lanka and United Arab Emirates for company. To be honest, despite losing the final, the Dutch team won't be too disappointed to get that group.

The Netherlands were abysmal with the bat. The target was not significant, all they needed was to stitch in partnerships. However, they failed miserably in front of the Zimbabwean spinners. Stephan Myburgh was the only batter to put up a fight up front and then Teja Nidamanuru also tried his best towards the end, but the rest of the batting surrendered. The hosts used their spinners smartly and then brought in the pacers to pick the last couple of wickets.

A strong show with the ball from Zimbabwe to pocket the trophy! They didn't have a big score on the board, but Craig Ervine sized up the conditions and decided to unleash his spinners from the word go. Wesley Madhevere started things off with his tidy spell, and then the spin pair of Sean Williams and Sikandar Raza did the maximum damage. Sean dried up the runs from one end, and Raza benefited by hunting down four quick wickets.
