That is it from this game then! There is another game to follow and that is between the Nellai and the Dindigul. Do join us for that one as it begins shortly. Until next time, goodbye and take care!

Suresh Lokeshwar has been given the MAN OF THE MATCH AWARD!

Siechem Madurai Panthers bowled really well with the new ball. Ajay Krishna and Gurjapneet Singh were really good but it was the middle ovfers where they gave it away. The likes of Jagatheesan Kousik and Hari Nishaanth went for plenty which helped Chepauk Super Gillies get back into the game. However, the two leggies and the two pacers came back strongly towards the end and helped their side finish their campaign on a high.

Siechem Madurai Panthers finish their campaign with a win and have spoilt the party for Chepauk Super Gillies! Chepauk Super Gillies will now have to play the eliminator. Had they won this, they would have finished in the top two but that is ont the case. They would feel this is a game they could have won. Despite losing Narayan Jagadeesan and Baba Aparajith early, the ikes of Santosh and Pradosh Ranjan Paul, they were back into the game. The two got it down to below 10 runs per over but they kept losing wickets especially towards the back end of the game. They lost far too many wickets quickly and in the end have fallen short.

Rajagopal Sathish gets innovative and gets rewarded for it. A boundary and the equation is now down to 11 from the last 4 balls.

16 needed off the last over. Aswin Crist and Rajagopal Sathish are very much capable of getting their side over the line but a good start to the last over is what both sides will be after.
