Right then, Bangladesh have done what they were expected to do coming into this series. Next up, they will go to New Zealand for the tri-series which involves Pakistan along with the host nation. United Arab Emirates, on the other hand, will now fly to Australia for the T20 World Cup. It shall be an exciting next month or so for both these teams and all cricket fans. Also, there is lot of other cricketing action that you can catch up in the meanwhile. Till then, it's goodbye and cheers from our side!

Nurul Hasan, the skipper of Bangladesh says that it is a good feeling to win the game and adds that the whole team played well. Mentions that winning is a habit and this win will help them in the World Cup. Signs off by thanking the United Arab Emirates team and their board for organising this series.

Mehidy Hasan is the PLAYER OF THE MATCH!

Chundangapoyil Rizwan, the skipper of United Arab Emirates says that the game didn’t go the way they wanted as they didn’t get a good start in the Powerplay and lost too many wickets. When asked about Bangladesh, he admits that they showed they are a quality side and if they play more games against quality teams, they we will definitely improve. Claims that they really wanted to build a partnership but the credits the Bangladesh bowlers for doing really well and hopes that their bowlers can learn from that as well. Mentions that they will be travelling to Australia in a couple of days and they will look to get some good warm-up before the World Cup. Ends by thanking the Bangladesh team for playing the series with them.

Presentation time...

Earlier in the game, Bangladesh batted quite positively for the most part of their innings but could not get the finish they would have hoped for. Mehidy Hasan was the top-scorer for them and there were also some handy cameos that took them to a good score of 169. For, United Arab Emirates their young spinners, Karthik Meiyappan and Aayan Khan were pretty good and they were also quite impressive with their death bowling. However, their batters found it tough against the quality of Bangladesh in the run-chase and it is Bangladesh who have whitewashed United Arab Emirates here.

Well, United Arab Emirates can learn a lot from this chase. The positives for them will be the way Rizwan and Hameed fought it out in the middle after losing four early wickets. The skipper, Rizwan got to his fifty while Hameed scored 42 as they notched up a 90-run stand. From hereon, it is important that they try to pace their chase a bit better and if they do that, they can surely cross the line in future.

Bangladesh were better with the bat in this game than they were in the last game and that gave their bowlers a bit more luxury coming into the second half. They were much clinical with the ball too this time around and were quite brilliant in the initial overs as they restricted United Arab Emirates to 29-4 at one stage. Both Taskin Ahmed and Ebadot Hossain bowled with lot of fire while Mosaddek Hossain got two in two to put United Arab Emirates in all sorts of trouble. However, they failed to find a breakthrough after that till the 19th over but they always kept the game in their grasp during that period too and ended up winning it comfortably in the end.

Bangladesh have clinched this series by a 2-0 margin and this one has been a more convincing performance by the Bangla Tigers. However, United Arab Emirates have once again shown some good fighting spirit and this series will surely help them in their journey Down Under. This series was also a perfect chance for both these sides to iron out their flaws ahead of the World Cup, and with the kind of cricket we have seen, it has surely been a productive series for both these sides.

Nurul Hasan seems to have hurt his fingers now. Bangladesh will hope that it is not serious enough and for now it looks fine as he is ready to resume.
