So, that is it from this game! A lot at stake in game number 4 too as a win for Bangladesh will mean they will seal the series and a victory for the Kiwis will see them level the scores. That game will be played on the 8th of this month and it will begin at 1600 local (1000 GMT), the build-up though will begin a lot earlier. Do join us for it, till then, take care and goodbye!

New Zealand skipper, Tom Latham, says it was a really good performance and they were able to build important partnerships to get them to a par score and the job that the bowlers did with the new ball was amazing. He adds that he had belief in the middle and lower order to get valuable runs and Tom Blundell and Henry Nicholls did just that, which was helpful. Also adds that he came down the order to keep the left-right combination, which didn't work in this game. He also adds that the spinners have been consistent throughout and they have taken wickets along with being economical. Adds that the wickets are very different from back home and they knew it would be tough and they will keep on getting better and bettter as the tour goes on.

Ajaz Patel, Man of the Match, says as a spinner you thrive on conditions like these and you need to take responsibility and win games for your side. Adds all the bowlers did a good job and the batters before that also put up a good total. Mentions Rachin Ravindra bowled really well and they had discussed about which length is the key and he feels it was a great bowling effort. Informs he did have a good conversation with Daniel Vettori and he got a lot of advice as to which length will be good on this wicket.

Bangladesh skipper, Mahmudullah, says that the bowlers did a good job to restrict the opposition and they started well with the bat but could not capitalize on it. He adds that the middle order has been batting well, apart from this match and the top order did a good job in this game and they will look to learn from this match. Also adds that there is a long way to go in the series and they will look to bounce back in the next match.

TIME FOR THE PRESENTATION!

For the Kiwis, it is the spinners who led the way, actually, it was Ajaz Patel who was the star. A four-fer for him and four huge wickets. Cole McConchie was also really good with a three-fer. The others also did a good job by keeping it tight and building pressure. In the end, it was a really good effort from the visitors.

The start of the second essay though belonged to the hosts as Liton Das and Mohammad Naim got them off to a flier but once the former fell, the procession began. They just kept losing wickets at regular intervals and apart from the opening two only Rahim managed to get into double figures. That just sums up how poor they were with the bat.

A really good win for the Kiwis and they HAVE KEPT THE SERIES ALIVE! That partnership between Tom Blundell and Henry Nicholls has to be the difference. That is what took New Zealand from a position of disaster to something competitive and their bowlers then rose to the occasion.
