Jason Holder, West Indies skipper, says that he is disappointed with his team's batting. Adds that they will look to improve on their batting. Mentions they would look to improve their bowling and would look to work on the areas they need to bowl on. Holder also says that they need to start delivering and understand that they need to fight harder and find a way to bat well. Credits Blackwood and Joseph for batting well and putting up a fight. Blackwood got to his ton. Joseph was eyeing one too. They frustrated the Kiwis. This stand is probably the only positive the Windies could take from this game. However, it was just a matter of one wicket and once the Kiwis got Joseph, they got the other two quickly. A comprehensive win for the hosts.

They were bundled out for 138. The Kiwis enforced the follow-on and it seemed they would get all the 20 wickets on Day 3 itself but then came a fight back. Joseph and Blackwood amassed a 100-plus run stand. They took the game to Day 4.

Windies did start off their innings well as their openers put up a 50-run stand but it all went wrong for them on Day 3. 15 wickets is what they lost.

It was all New Zealand in this game. First they put up a massive first innings total courtesy a double ton by their skipper.

So just over an hour is what it took for the Kiwis to take the remaining three wickets however, it was not before Blackwood scored his ton. Joseph also continued to show fight on Day 4 but once he fell, the other two wickets fell in no time.
