Right then, that will be it from this contest. We hope you enjoyed the coverage. Do join for the third and final game of the series on Thursday (19th December) from the same venue. That game will start at 01:30 pm GMT. But as you know, you can always join early for all the build-up. Until then, take care, and cheers!

Hayley Matthews, the West Indies Women skipper is the Player of the Match for her all-around performance.   She says that they did not do their best in the previous game and the girls turned up today to showcase a fine result. Adds that they were happy to chase the score set by India Women. Credits Smriti Mandhana for her knock by also lauds Deandra Dottin and other bowlers who did a fine job at the backend of the India Women innings.

Smriti Mandhana, the India Women skipper is up for a chat. She says that T20 cricket works funnily. Adds that the conditions changed massively and the West Indies Women batted pretty well. Shares that they will work hard and come back better in the next outing. Mentions that there was a bit of moisture in the first half of their batting. Credits Richa Ghosh who batted brilliantly at the backend. Ends by adding that 10-15 more runs would have made the difference and says that dew plays a major factor in the second innings but they cannot complain.

Time for the post-match presentation...

Deandra Dottin is up for a chat. She says that she feels good as they stuck to the basics. Adds that they had the determination and were hungry and positive. Mentions that they need to hold onto their catches and better their ground fielding. Ends by sharing that they assessed the pitch and had a couple of discussions after the last game and it worked well for them.

India Women had a sub-par score on the board and they started pretty poorly with the ball. Only Saima Thakor could manage a breakthrough while the rest went for plenty. Earlier today, India Women posted 159/9 on the back of a fine fifty from Smriti Mandhana while Richa Ghosh and Deepti Sharma made important runs to drag the score near to the 160 mark. West Indies Women had a collectively decent day with the ball and most of their bowlers chipped in with key wickets. West Indies Women will be delighted with the win while India Women will want to bounce back after this loss.

An outstanding run-chase from the West Indies Women helps them defeat the India Women by 9 wickets with more than four overs to spare. With this win, the series is level at 1-1 and it will all to play for in the series decider. Chasing 160 for the win, the openers - Qiana Joseph and Hayley Matthews attacked from the start and added 66 runs inside seven overs. Qiana Joseph departed for a quick fire 38 but Hayley Matthews carried on and in the company of Shemaine Campbelle took her side to a thumping victory. Elated scenes in the West Indies Women dugout who have bounced back in style.
