Sajid Khan, on October 26 (Saturday), became the first spinner to take a 10-wicket haul in Test cricket in Rawalpindi.
Overall, the offspinner became the third bowler to take 10 wickets at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
Sajid claimed six wickets in the first innings and then followed it up with a four-wicket haul in the second essay. He eventually finished with match figures of 10/197.
Sajid, who registered the best match figures in Multan in the second Test, dismissed Ben Duckett, Jamie Smith, Gus Atkinson and Rehan Ahmed in the second innings.
Thanks to him and Noman Ali, who took 19 wickets between them, Pakistan bowled England out for 112 in the third innings and now need only 36 runs to win the third Test and seal the series 2-1.
Sajid didn’t feature in the first Test but has now ended the series with 19 wickets at an average of 21.11.
