First question: In this IPL, among pacers who have bowled 15+ overs, Bhuvneshwar Kumar has bowled most deliveries on a good length. In 35 overs, 18.1 overs have been on a good length (51.9%). Mohammed Shami has bowled 50.3% of deliveries on this length.
Among spinners in the above criteria (15+ overs), Mayank Markande leads the list with 81.7%. He has bowled 26.1 overs of length deliveries out of 32. Next in line is Kumar Kartikeya, with 78.4% (13.2 out of 17). Ravindra Jadeja is the sixth best with 75.2% deliveries on a good length.
Among spinners, Wanindu Hasaranga has the highest percentage of balls hitting the wickets (49.4%), and among pacers, Anrich Nortje is at the top (34.3%).
Second question: That is a good observation. Ravindra Jadeja has bowled 75.2% of his deliveries on a good length, which is the most for him in a season of IPL in the last 10 years (Since 2013).
However, he attacked the stumps more in 2021 (40.8%) and 2018 (40.2%) compared to this year (39.5%).

The top five batters in this list are Hooda (17.0), Sarfaraz Khan (12.4), Axar Patel (12.2), Riyan Parag (9.0), & Sai Sudharsan (7.9). For Axar, the values are only when he has batted as a top-six batter.
Among batters who have scored 100+ runs, Sai's ratio of 7.9 is the joint-worst alongside Manish Pandey. KL Rahul with 7.5 and Mayank Agarwal with 7.1 are next in line.
