The third season of the Women’s Caribbean Premier League will commence on August 21 (Wednesday), with a total of seven matches being played at the Brian Lara Stadium in Trinidad.

A total of 45 players, consisting of 12 overseas and 33 domestic talents, are part of a three-team competition that lasts a week. The final will take place on August 29, and the top two teams will qualify for it.

Any Indian players?
Absolutely, there are two Indian players featuring in the league. Jemimah Rodrigues and Shikha Pandey are part of the Trinbago Knight Riders set-up. Before them, Shreyanka Patil was the only Indian player to have played in the Women’s CPL.
