They defeated Chittagong Kings in the final by three wickets to defend their title.

Fortune Barishal won nine of their 12 league games and ended the first round at the top of the table. The Fortune beat Chittagong in the Qualifier 1 and then got the better of them once again in the grand finale.
Chasing a massive total of 194 in the final, Tamim (29-ball 54) and Towhid Hridoy (28-ball 32) got Barishal off to a superb start by adding 76 runs for the opening wicket in 8.1 overs.
Kyle Mayers, too, hit 46 off 28 before Rishad Hossain’s couple of sixes got Barishal over the line with three deliveries to spare.
