Former South Africa allrounder Lance Klusener will serve as Lucknow Super Giants’ assistant coach in the Indian Premier League 2024.
The 52-year-old, who is the head coach of Durban's Super Giants in the SA20, will work alongside head coach Justin Langer and assistant coach S Sriram.
This is the second time Klusener will be acting as an assistant coach in the IPL, having worked with Mumbai Indians in the past.
Apart from being the head coach of Afghanistan, he has also worked as the batting coach of South Africa and Zimbabwe.
It was under his guidance, Guyana Amazon Warriors won their maiden CPL title last year.
The Super Giants will play their first IPL 2024 game against Rajasthan Royals in Jaipur on March 24.
