Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025 and Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 are going to clash this time around, leaving the fans divided. While Pakistan players have not participated in the IPL since 2008, Indian cricketers have NEVER played in the PSL.
However, there are plenty of players who have won both the PSL and the IPL. We look at a few prominent ones:
Shane Watson is regarded as one of the finest T20 all-rounders in the world. Hence, it comes as no surprise that he was in high demand in leagues across the globe, including IPL and PSL.
The veteran Australian all-rounder won the IPL twice - once in 2008 with Rajasthan Royals (RR) and 10 years later in 2018 with Chennai Super Kings (CSK). In the PSL, he won the title with Islamabad United in 2018, followed by Quetta Gladiators in 2019
Known for his brute force at the death, Andre Russell is synonymous with terrorising bowlers across the globe. His ability to chip in with a few medium-pacers has made him one of the most sought-after all-rounders in world cricket.
The burly West Indies all-rounder recently won the title with Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in 2024, and before that, he won it with the same team in 2014 as well. Even in the PSL, he has won two titles for the same team—Islamabad United—in 2016 and 2018.
A magician with the ball, Rashid Khan has enjoyed great success worldwide due to his knack for deceiving batters with his excellent leg-spin variations.
That, combined with his ability to bludgeon the bowling attack late in the innings, has seen him win plenty of trophies. He won the IPL with the Gujarat Titans (GT) in 2022, while he won back-to-back titles in the PSL with Lahore Qalandars in 2022 and 2023.
