Sunil Narine - 356 points in 3 games

He was second on the points table two weeks ago, he is at the top of the three this week. Sunil Narine is in the midst of a monster season and he simply can’t stop scoring points.

He’s accumulated a whopping 356 points since match number 25, with 234 of those points coming in the clash against Rajasthan on April 16. Imagine the luck of those who captained him in that game. Don’t worry, it’s never too late. That could be you next week. Just make sure to captain or vice-captain Narine in Kolkata’s games because he’s in some truly ridiculous form.

Rishabh Pant - 346 points in 4 games

Rishabh Pant is currently on a red-hot streak — not just on the field but also when it comes to accumulating Fantasy points. The Delhi skipper has amassed 143, 59, 65 and 79 points, respectively, in his last four games.

He’s scoring runs for fun, yes, but he’s also inflicting dismissals left, right, and center. He’s turned into a points bank, so much so that there’s only been one game this season (against Mumbai) where he’s failed to accumulate more than 40 Fantasy points. When Delhi are playing, you know what to do!

KL Rahul - 316 points in 4 games

KL Rahul completes the list of triple centurions on this list. The Lucknow skipper has been on a points-accumulating streak of late, amassing 39, 141, 64, 72 and 52 points, respectively, in his last five games. Like Pant, Rahul also has been taking catches aplenty, so that’s helping him rack up the points.

About a couple of years ago, captaining Rahul in Fantasy cricket was almost a ritual for most users. But that changed last season when he had an average outing. Fair to say, we’re getting to that point again where Rahul is once again becoming a Fantasy favourite.

Ruturaj Gaikwad - 286 points in 3 games

One century with the bat this season. Two centuries in the last three games in Fantasy cricket. The Ruturaj Gaikwad era has officially begun, both on and off the field. Now, Chennai might currently be in the midst of a poor run, but their skipper’s been on a tear, with his last four Fantasy scores reading 160, 24, 102, and 88.

Gaikwad loves batting at Chepauk, and Chennai are scheduled to play their next two games at home. So you know exactly what to do, don’t you?

Travis Head - 283 points in 2 games

Travis Head is a cheat code with the bat, but he’s proving to be a cheat code when it comes to Fantasy cricket as well. Across the last two weeks, Head has accumulated more points than 140 other players despite featuring in all of TWO GAMES! His last two Fantasy scores read 130 and 153.

It’s okay to be different but at this point, you’d be downright naive not to captain Head whenever Hyderabad play. Picking him is no longer a gamble. That’s all we can say.

Jake Fraser-McGurk - 266 points in 4 games

In the history of the Indian T20 league, no batter has hit more sixes in the first four games of their career than Jake Fraser-McGurk (16). No wonder this kid, who looks like he’s born to shatter records, has already proven to be a saviour for many Fantasy players.

It’s totally understandable if you’re someone who missed out on picking Fraser-McGurk because you were apprehensive about how he would fare. But now you know exactly what his strengths are and what he’s capable of doing. Delhi’s remaining games are going to be played in Delhi, Kolkata, and Bengaluru, venues that are designed for six-hitting. Just add two and two together; don’t be afraid to take a punt on this precocious talent.

Kuldeep Yadav - 265 points in 4 games

Kuldeep Yadav is the *only* specialist bowler on this list. That alone should tell you about the kind of season he’s been having. In a campaign designed for bowlers to tap out and run away, Kuldeep has stood firm and shone. Each of Delhi’s last two games have been high-scoring thrillers, but Kuldeep has amassed a total of 160 points.

In the Hyderabad clash in which Pat Cummins’ men scored 260, Kuldeep picked up 106 points. Don’t ever hesitate to pick Kuldeep just because Delhi play on a flat pancake designed to produce 225+ totals.

Axar Patel - 256 points in 4 games

Axar is the FOURTH Delhi player on this list. Their resurgence has been sort of crazy, hasn’t it? Either way, Axar might not give you the same number of points Kuldeep gives you with the ball — because he does not pick wickets — but he’ll compensate for it by scoring runs with the bat. This is precisely what he did on April 24 (Wednesday) against Gujarat, amassing 148 points in total despite returning figures of 1/28 with the ball.

And, oh, he takes a lot of catches, too. In the Gujarat clash alone, Axar picked up three catches. Axar is such a reliable points-accumulator.

Marcus Stoinis - 250 points in 4 games

Like a Randy Orton RKO out of nowhere, Marcus Stoinis has barged onto this list out of nowhere. In the three clashes prior to the Chennai one, Stoinis had amassed a total of 81 points. He nearly DOUBLED this tally in the Chennai clash alone, accumulating a stunning 169 Fantasy points.

With the ton against Chennai, Stoinis has shown that he is someone capable of turning your fate in Fantasy cricket upside down with just one knock. He might not be one of those banks that will give consistency, but, going forward, it might be worth taking a punt on the big Western Australian.

Phil Salt - 241 points in 3 games

Phil Salt, the third wicketkeeper in the top ten and the second player from Kolkata completes this list. Salt had an off-day against Rajasthan, but the Bangalore and Lucknow encounters saw him amass 83 and 143 points, respectively.

Just like Rahul and Pant, he’s been racking up points not just with the bat but also with the gloves. Another must-have in your Fantasy XI whenever Kolkata play.
